ITIL Dumps Poll Results & Survey Analysis - Testimonials

After going through the results of a Poll held on itil-tools.blogspot.com, I would have to say that I have been humbled by the overwhelmingly positive response to my site. A significant majority - Eighty Seven percent of visitors have mentioned that the ITIL Dumps were a really good find for them.

Based on the success of this survey, I am looking forward to hold another Poll. Check this space soon!

UPDATE:
You can now see the second poll on the right side column. What percentage of questions from ITIL Dumps' blog appeared in your Exam?
I read someone once asking this question in a forum and I thought that it was a very valid question which really tells you the usefulness of any site.
So I told myself, why not hold a poll with the readers of this site to check out the most burning question every user would want to know.
If you have anything else you would like to know, please let me know. I will create another poll for it. (smile)

As usual your comments (bouquets as well as brickbats) are most welcome.
Cheers...

Submit your ITIL Exam questions here !

To make this forum more interactive, I would like to invite readers who have recently given their ITIL Exams to upload any questions that they faced (which was not included in this site) in the Comments section.

Please make sure that when uploading, the exact question and the available 4 answers are included. It is advised that you copy-paste the question/answers in the online Exam to a Notepad/Word document and then upload it here.

The bigger pool of questions we have, the easier it will be for others who are giving their Exam. I hope you can appreciate the fact that it will be YOUR contribution that will help others in clearing their Exams. :)

I will consolidate these questions and format them into a new 40 question Exam. Please do support our visitors.

ITIL Exam Certification Study Guide handbook needed?

One of the questions that most of our readers about to give their ITIL Exam ask is "Where can I find free ITIL Exam guides for V3?"

The fact is that most of the stuff available on the net is either not very detailed or very difficult to grasp for someone who isn't bothering to go through a classroom training for ITIL.
After scouring the net for a good ebook, I chanced upon this ITIL Reference Guide

What I really like about this handbook is that the author does a pretty good job of cutting through the complex world of ITIL and its jargon and presenting only the meat of ITIL V3. This is done through insightful (would you believe it!) comicbook-superhero sketches and simple flowcharts.

Please review it and let me know your thoughts.

ITIL Exam - Did it happen this way?

While going through an Analysis report of the ITIL Dumps website statistics; I found something really interesting. Some users had accessed this site not just through the usual Operating Systems like Windows XP; Linux or Mac OSX but also through Symbian OS and iPhone.

Now, I understand that Symbian OS is for mobile devices/ PDAs, but thats not my concern. Who would have been in a tearing hurry to check the dump through a PDA (probably on the move?) when it would be so much easier to view it on a PC.

So I am going to give my two cents about what happened:
I wonder if he was giving the Exam?!!! If so, then whoever it was, it was a very risky thing to do. Copying or cheating will only give you a temporary advantage. Anyways, even if you do 'pass' the ITIL Exam, you still should be able to understand the concepts behind ITIL and Best Practices enough to be able to answer questions perfectly in an Interview.

Ofcourse, there may have been other valid reasons for using a PDA to check the website, but this is what naturally occurred to me.
